  • Hi

I just purchased this script .. at first images said they uploaded but were not displaying (broken icon appears) ..

    1. I am wondering if ‘absolute path’ is at fault.. I am having to use c: etc (which is what your paths.php suggests but its not working when I use that path .. is it because there are backslashes in it? please advise. I am using a Windows Server

    2. GD2 library has no ; in php.ini so I assume its not that?

    3. also the jquery multiple uploader was working.. and now the button is missing

    thanks in advance

    Hello,

The reason is that folder http://www.kleenrite.co.uk/doptg/data/ doesn’t exist or it doesn’t have the right permissions. Can you please verify it? Thanks

    Hi

The folder does exist at that location and does have full write permissions…

    ?

    http://www.kleenrite.co.uk/doptg/?gallery_id=1

The preview does not work … ?

    Chrome console says:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    http://www.kleenrite.co.uk/doptg/data/settings1.json

But these files are there… ?

    Hi,

So please check if the files exist. If the files exist please give them the permissions to 777. If the files don’t exist you have to delete to recreate the gallery so the files can be created.
