  • Hello!

I have recently been advised that an error code is received when trying to pay a deposit via Paypal. I tried refreshing my API information and doing a test booking but the error persists.

The error code reads the following~

Express check out API call failed

    Error Code:
    10002

    Error severity code:
    Error

    Detailed error message:
    Security header is not valid.

    Short error message:
    Security error.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you 😀

You had a couple of whitespaces in front of the API password.
In version 2.1.3 there is a bug for Paypal. A new update will be released in the shortest time with the fix.
Backroll the version to be able to use Paypal.

Ok. Thank you. May I ask what bankroll is and how do I do that?
    My apologies for not knowing.

    Thank you~

    The fix is available.
Download the files from the shop and update the plugin.
Extract the zip’s contents, look for the extracted plugin folder, and after you have all the new files upload them using FTP to the /wp-content/plugins/dopbsp/ folder overwriting the old ones (this is why it’s important to backup any changes you’ve made to the plugin files).

Still no info there. I set up an account. I have the free version of Pinpoint, if that information helps at all. Otherwise, I am following all instructions and still arriving at the same dead end …

I have also tried deactivating and removing the plugin & re-installing it, in case there was an update that I would not be allowed to download since it is the free version. Sorry that this is such a bother

I am sorry, the update with the fix for the free version bug is not available yet.
I will get back to you when the update is available.
